So just what is an O2 Guru, anyway? The Wikipedia definition for guru reads: “one who is regarded as having great knowledge, wisdom, and authority in a certain area, and who uses it to guide others”. For our O2 Gurus, that “certain area” is all things mobile!
Itʼs not all about being a clever clogs, though. We provide frequent training to all our Gurus on the latest mobile products and services, and allow plenty of time for you to stay on top of the latest technology trends. The true skill is in being able to relay that information to our customers and shop staff members in a clear and concise manner.
