O2 takes the gold at the Think Broadband awards!

Happy news for a happy new year- O2 have won top prize at the Think Broadband Customer Ratings awards.

We scooped the gold once again in the Large ISPs category of the awards, based on the customer service ratings by all Think Broadband users. The results were taken from the beginning of 2009 to mid-December. Our friends BE Broadband also won big, coming in second.

Felix Geyr, Head of Home and Broadband at O2 added: "The fact that BE Broadband has come a close second to O2 again shows we are committed to our customers across both our businesses. We’re very proud that our customers are pleased with our broadband customer service and we will continue to focus on this in 2010."

OK, So I get your the top Broadband provider, and I have my mobile with you.... But lets see about customer service. My exchange has just been named in the latest batch of FTTC to be Installed. Sittingbourne.
\My question is, who do I need to talk to in regards of getting FTTC Broadband from you guys and when it will be available!
